I went on a camping trip with my big sister and our two friends! We had so many people asking us crazy stuff like : "Four girls?! Are you bringing a dog or gun or something?!” It was pretty funny! When we got there the guy took us to our camp site. He was telling us stuff like,”We have 2 bears but they are shy so just leave them alone!” My sister was freaking out it was really funny! We definitely proved everyone wrong! We got everything set up (by ourselves!). Later that day we went cannoning. The was very interesting because I HATE cannoning! I had a very bad first time experience! So they were all having a blast when I was yelling at them telling them to hold still! So once we were back on dry land I was having a great time. 
We went back to our site, and the two older sisters were hanging out. My friend and I went on a nature walk. It was a very long trail and we were so curious just to see how far it went! We were so tired but wanted to keep going,so we did! We set a time limit of 15 more minuets to see how far we got. We found a lot of awesome stuff! We found really cool trees that had fallen down. So we heard this noise and we thought it was a bear! It was so so scary! Then we found out it was just an armadillo,but still those things are nasty! So we never made it to the end of the trail,and we still wonder to this day how far it went!
If i could invent something it would have to do with cooking. I think it would be a type of machine or robot that could do all the “not fun stuff” of cooking. Like chopping everything into tiny pieces ,or chopping onions which burns your eyes! It could clean up when you were done , and it could have a bulit in dishwasher that would be amazing! Of course it would take out the trash who likes doing that?! You could also program it to do household chores like mopping,vacuming,cleaning windows. I think it would help familys a lot! The only thing that wouldn’t be good is that people could get very lazy! It would help reaturants a ton,but then again bus boys and prep chefs would get fired! So that is my amazing invention!

If she spoke her mind, she’d be speechless. When she heard that 90% of all crimes were around the home, she moved. Did you hear about the blonde that got an AM radio? It took her months to figure out she could use it at night. What did the blonde say when she saw the sign in front of the YMCA? “Look! They spelled MACY’S wrong!” |
I love a lot of movies! I really don’t have a favorite.One of my favorites (as well as my families) is probably Cinderella Man. It is about a man who is a all time champion boxer.For all these years he was a star.He had no problems providing for his family.They lived in a beautiful home ,and they had no problems.That’s how the movie started out.Then it showed a few months or years later.They were in the great depression. They had barley any food or a nice house.He lost his job as a boxer.He went to the docks every morning. He tried to get a shift to work just like every other father or husband.The man in charge would only pick a few people every day.Through out the movie they showed the different hardships of the great depression.Towards the end of the movie he started getting some boxing fights again.He ended up at the end of the movie becoming the new heavy weight champion.He won a lot of money and,was back on top in doing what he loved to do.I think a way that this movie affected my life,is just seeing how hard it was in the time of the great depression.We have never had anything like that happen before. I love how even in the family’s hard times he stayed strong and provided for his family.
HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE!! Today I slept until 11. I helped my mom cook! I made sweet potato casserole! YUMMY!!! I got ready, and we went to my grandparents! I was sad because my sister had to go to work! 
She will be back at 7 though!! We all ate and ate and ate! I am soooo full! We played outside,that was really funny! My great Uncle almost 70, and he was running around in the yard with us! We came min and ate dessert! MORE FOOD! BLAH!! Now everyone is talking, and watching football. I am soooo excited because tonight Lyndsey and I are going shopping at 4AM!!! I have NEVER gone shopping on black Friday! I can’t wait! Hopefully I will get some sleep! We are going to go to Kohls , Sports Authority, and the Mall! I have TONS of gift cards from my birthday! I hope everyone had a fun day. I am very thankful for all my family and friends!
HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!
My birthday was this week, (november 12th). I had a lot of fun things happen! I came into class, and Courtney and Julie were fighting over who was going to give me a hug first! HAHA! I went to my desk, and had all these notes on my desk! All week I got to sit in the wheelie chair! Mrs. Ruth gave me Sour Patch Kids and Dr.Pepper! During typing class my daddy came in and gave me flowers!! Awwww!!! When I came home I did home work. Then we ate dinner and cake with my grandparents. I opened gifts, and got some AWESOME stuff!!! Last night, (Friday) my best friend Elishah came over! We went to Orlando, and ate at Macaroni Grill. That was sooooo good!!! We went to the movies, and saw High School Musical 3 (again!! ;D). When we got home we were not tired AT ALL, We had WAYYY to much caffine at dinner! So we satyed up until 4am! We were REALLY hyper, and had a lot of fun! This morning at 9:30 my older sister came in and woke us up! It’s weird because we are not that tired! I had TONS of fun this week!

In English we watched a movie called Mr.Smith Goes to Washington. Well I should say the rest of our class did! I had a doctors appointment that day so I missed the movie. So I had to rent it and watch it all by myself.
The movie is directed by Frank Capra. It is starring Jean Aurthur and James Stewart. In the beginning of this movie one of the senators died. This state needed two senators. So they went looking for another senator. The man looking for another senator was Hubert. This man had quite a few children! At dinner they all started telling their father about this man Jeff Smith. He ran a organization called Boy Rangers. He helped boys who lived on the streets. He gave them homes, food and did things with them. He also wrote a newspaper called Boys Stuff . It was a fun thing for boys to read. So the man was trying to decided between two men. ( Jeff Smith was not one of them.) He flipped coin andit landed sideways on a news paper. The news paper was saying all this stuff about this guy Jeff Smith. He decided to pick him.
Jeff Smith knew a lot about history of Washington,DC , BUT he had NO IDEA how to be a senator. They took him to Washington , and they lost him! He was touring Washington like a little boy in a toy store. I really liked this scene beacuse it was so cool that we saw all that stuff on out trip! So, Jeff went to his first senators meeting. He was very nervous but excited. He did the oath with the presidant, and he became a senator. After that people started interviewing him and writing bad things about him in the papers. He went to the other senator of his state, and was asking him ” why am I here the papers are right I am not doing anything.” The other senator told him to start a bill. He had been hoping to start a boys camp that was not goverment funded. The boys would pay with their loose change. He presented the bill to all the senators, they loved the idea! The only problem is that they are trying to build a dam where Senator Smith wants to build! He does not know that!
Once he found this out he went to a senete. They were trying to yield him from the floor. They were writing papers all over the country to make him look bad. Really he was telling the truth, and in the end he fought his way (after talking fo 24 hours!) and the bill was passed! One other person that helped him was Clarrisa Saunders. She was his secratery and helped him get the bill passed. She also fell in love with him! It was really amazing how much Senator Smith fought for this bill to be passed! This was a good movie but LONG!!!
